I’m Alexa!! :) A sound healing facilitator, psychic medium, retreat host, and the founder of NewStarSeed, a wellness space devoted to helping people reconnect with themselves through the power of sound, and intentional community.

My work blends vibrational sound therapy, intuitive guidance, and transformational group experiences to support emotional release, nervous system regulation, and deeper self-awareness.

Through the use of singing bowls, tuning forks, gongs, and other vibrational instruments, I guide immersive sound journeys designed to bring the body into a state of deep rest, balance, and energetic alignment. These experiences create space for people to slow down and experience the profound healing potential of sound.

As a psychic medium, I’m passionate about helping others reconnect with their natural intuitive abilities. Through monthly intuition workshops and multi-week series, I guide people to trust their inner voice, strengthen their intuitive awareness, and develop a deeper connection with their highest self and spirit guides.

I’m also reeeeally passionate about creating spaces for women to gather, heal, and reconnect with the wisdom of the divine feminine. Through women’s circles and weekend retreats, I facilitate experiences that invites women to deepen self-trust, dive into the mysteries, and rediscover their inner feminine power within supportive sisterhood.

My intention is to hold spaces where people feel safe to be seen, supported in their growth, and inspired to reconnect with themselves and their intuitive gifts!
