Ex: This is a moment to pause and breathe. I don’t need to add chaos to chaos.
Set a new intention right there in gridlock:
Ex: I lead my day, my energy, and my reactions with a little more kindness than pressure.
Drop one small action in support of you:
Ex: relax your shoulders. Soften your jaw. Let the red lights be permission to breath not wreck your life LOL
And breathe gratitude in quietly:
Ex: Thank you for this pause. Thank you for my breath. Thank you for the tiny moments that give me space to remember me and my Joy.
