8 weeks of on-demand video sessions you can move through at your own pace. Plus a living, breathing community to walk alongside you the whole way.

This isn't a course you download and disappear into. It's a container. The on-demand sessions give you the flexibility to go deep on your own time. The live calls and community keep you tethered — to the work, to each other, and to yourself.

Between sessions, you're not alone. Inside our private Kajabi community, you'll find your cohort: a group of Joy-curious people moving through the same terrain at the same time. This is where the real integration happens.

Each week, you'll receive prompts and nudges to bring what you're learning off the screen and into your actual life. You share as much or as little as feels right. You read what others are discovering. You realize you're not the only one.

This is where "I think I'm getting it" becomes I know I am.

A Note From Jillian

Joy is not a reward. It's not something you earn once you've done enough, fixed enough, or become enough.

It's who you are underneath all of it.

I know that might be hard to believe right now. If you're here, there's a good chance you've been running hard for a long time. Doing the right things. Showing up for everyone. And quietly wondering why it still doesn't feel like enough.

I've been there.

I spent years using Joy as a strategy and something I'd get to eventually, once everything else was handled. What I didn't understand then was that joy was never meant to be the destination. It was always the compass.

The moment I stopped numbing, fixing, and people-pleasing, and started actually feeling, everything changed. Not because life got easier. But because I finally had a map back to myself.

That map is what I teach inside Intro to Joy.

From Burned Out and Disconnected to Joyful and Aligned

When I came across this program, I was searching for a way to live joyfully on a daily basis. I no longer wanted to feel resentful, angry and drained. 

I was not as happy as I knew I could be. I felt like I was spinning my wheels trying to find things outside myself that I thought would bring me happiness...Job, friends, relationships, etc. I said yes to every single thing that came my way, and was starting to approach burnout--again!! I was too accommodating to too many people, and of course, I was always last on the list. I did not value my time or my actual monetary value in my business enough, because I wanted to please everyone but myself.

After completing the program I feel like I have a set of incredible tools for my joy toolbox that I can draw from for the rest of my life. I feel more aligned with what works for me and what doesn't. I am seeing things in a completely different light.  Happiness just doesn't "happen" it takes consistent effort to set yourself up for daily success. 

If you are on the fence about joining my advice is that you are worth the investment! The sessions are jam packed with an abundance of information that anyone and everyone can use. You Might Be Wondering…

What if I don't feel joyful right now?

Most people don't. You don't need to arrive feeling joyful. You simply need to be willing to begin and ready to feel better. 

What if I do feel joyful right now?

Awesome! This work is not one and done. Joy is a practice and this program is a powerful reminder of what matters most and how to feel even better, co-create more abundance and attract even more good into our lives. These are tools that myself and our Certified Joy Facilitators and also come back to regularly. 

Do I need to have done any previous work to join?

Not at all. All you need is a willingness to show up for yourself. Wherever you are is exactly the right place to start.

What if I'm overwhelmed and don't have much time?
The program was designed for busy people. The on-demand sessions are accessible, not overwhelming. Most participants spend 1–2 hours per week with the content and materials, plus the three live calls with Jillian throughout the eight weeks.

What if I can't make one of the live calls?

Life happens and we get it. Calls are recorded so you can catch up. That said, the live calls are where Jillian's energy converts the work. Showing up live is ideal but not required. 

How is this different from other wellness programs?

Intro to Joy isn't about positive thinking or surface-level happiness. The Joy Method works with your feelings as a compass, which means it works especially well in hard seasons. Joy doesn't mean easy. It means real.

What comes after Intro to Joy?

Many participants naturally move into the Joy Nest ($88/month) the always-open community where joy stays alive as a daily practice. From there, The Joy Leadership Program or The Joy Facilitator Certification is the natural next chapter when you're ready.

Is the price in Canadian dollars?

Yes, all prices are in CAD.
