About
Lyndsy McFadden is a Joy Embodiment Facilitator, breathwork guide, and life coach devoted to helping people reconnect with the truth of who they are beneath the noise of conditioning, stress, and old emotional patterns. After 15+ years working in the medical system as a registered nurse, Lyndsy recognized that while physical health is essential, true well-being requires tending to the emotional, mental, and energetic layers of our lives as well. Her work now bridges science, somatic practice, and deep inner inquiry to support people in coming home to themselves.
Through breathwork, embodiment practices, nervous system regulation, and compassionate self-reflection, Lyndsy creates spaces where people can safely explore their inner world. She helps individuals move through stored emotions such as fear, grief, anger, and shame so that these experiences become pathways to clarity, resilience, and greater self-trust. Her approach is grounded, honest, and deeply human—meeting people exactly where they are while gently guiding them toward expansion.
At the heart of Lyndsy’s work is a simple yet profound mission: to help people remember that joy is not something we chase or achieve, but something we uncover when we learn how to be fully present with ourselves. Whether through retreats, workshops, breathwork ceremonies, or one-on-one sessions, she invites people to slow down, listen inward, and cultivate a relationship with themselves that is rooted in compassion, curiosity, and truth.
